• Standard Post rate is $10
• Express Post rate is $15
• Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150.

New Zealand

• Shipping costs to New Zealland is $25
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply.

We try to do our best to ensure a quick turn around of your purchased items and will endeavour to ship the same day unless we need to make up candles, melts or diffusers. Once shipped, deliveries are generally between 1-5 days depending on which state you live in.

If you have made an error in your address then please CALL us immediately. We can not guarantee it can be altered or stopped before shipped out however we will try our best to accommodate you!

Once your parcel has been shipped, your tracking information will be sent via email. Keep this information, as it will tell you exactly when your delivery will arrive.

We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit through Australia Post, we cannot accept responsibility. All complaints are to be forwarded directly to Australia Post. We also accept no responsibility for Lost or stolen items.
